i'd like to get all my girlfriends together to take a self-defense class Karate whatever.... does anyone know of a place or person that will hold a private trainning? i'd prefer that it not be too $$ either...i saw one listing that was $170 per person and thats a bit much. thanks for all your suggestions

United Studios of Self Defense will sponsor a free 30-45 minute class which will teach the basics of grab defenses and self defense basics. Just call 650-577-9234. You and your friends will work with a Black Belt Instrutor. The first class is free.
