You can register for Heartbeat Dance Academy through the Belmont Park & Rec. Teri Nash, the instructor, offers a wide variety of dance styles, for toddlers through adults, for people who just want to enjoy dance. She's friendly, patient and encouraging. The atmosphere is not at all competitive (though competition dance programs are available). She's very welcoming to new students of all ages.
