What a fun idea. This would especially be a unique house-warming gift, tailor made to suit the owners' home style and personality. A little extravagant with the curtains and all, but perhaps you could consider a condo-version with Pergo and those plastic blinds? Kidding aside, I never would have found this had I not been looking for a mailbox location. When this popped up, it was a additional surprise to my search. Very fun.
Just having recently purchased a home and being full of home ownership pride this caught my eye. Maybe I can get a mailbox and a doghouse to match my new home - then I'd really be set. :-) Right now I need to make all the new move-in purchases and immediate fix-ups around the house so I need to watch my finances, but this might be a nice house warming gift (hint hint) or something to mark that first anniversary in my new house.
