Excellent service provided by Doug
Doug is a true professional with great compassion for those of us who have difficult work schedules which make it very hard to set up appointments for maintenance when you can't be without your car during the work week. He did an excellent job and he even came to the shop on a Saturday when he would not normally be working because I explained my work schedule situation to him that does not allow me to be without my car during the week for any amount of time. To make his gesture to help me out more impressive, I did not have a chance to call him until 7pm on Friday night, yet, he still agreed to adjust his schedule so that he could repair my brakes the next morning on a Saturday. Now that is a person with integrity and compassion for his customers!! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Doug for your Automotive repairs. Thanks again Doug!
