Good place for service and purchase
I recently purchased my second Toyota at Putnam. I find that if you go in prepared with your numbers, they are very fair and really easy to deal with. I have to give Zoran, my salesperson, good marks too. He was very honest and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our trade in price. I believe had we not had to haggle a bit over that number, this would have been actually considered fun! They have serviced our cars for quite a while and although they're not cheap, I have never had a complaint. We are going to consider the prepaid service for this car and see how it works. I've shopped at the other Toyota dealers in the area, and like Putnam the best by far.

Great buying experience
I recently decided to buy a Prius, but I was really apprehensive about the whole buying experience. I have to say that things have changed since the last time I bought a car. I went with a coworker during lunch to Putnam Toyota in Burlingame to do a test drive. The salesman, Zoran, took us both out for a spin without the typical car salesman games. On the contrary, he was a wealth of useful and objective information and very low pressure. After researching the price on consumer reports and getting some quotes, I returned to Putnam and they matched the offer – no problem. I bought the service plan as well – I’m hoping that the service experience is as good as the buying. We’ll see in 5,000 miles and my first oil change. For now, I highly recommend Putnam, and I’m VERY happy with the Prius!
