I have a simple will, but because there is a house involved, I would like to have it confirmed or changed as necessary. Anyone have any recomendations and costs involved? Thanks, Geary

You are incredibly smart to draft a will, no matter what your "tally of assets." We recently had my parents' will revised, and it's amazing how the ever-changing tax laws can affect the status of filings. My family has a really solid attorney in Burlingame -- Cynthia Schreurs (webcard attached). Her rates are a bit high, but she did a lot of detailed work for us without taking advantage of her hourly rate. I feel confident that all of our affairs will be in order when the time comes. And dealing with probate won't be one of them. Good luck!
