rug binding?

Hi All, Not sure what one calls it but I have a rug that is 6 X 9 and want to have it cut to 6 X 7. Does anyone know of a place that does it? It's not some fancy rug, just a plain synthetic fabric of some sort. I would like the edge to look nice and clean, not like my 4 year old took a pair of scissors to it.
