Great food market for dieting
A friend told me that Lite for Life carried Light Touch muffins which are great bakery items for diets. A fraction of the calories of a coffee house muffin these are a delicious way to stay on track when you're craving some baked goods. When I went in I discovered that Lite for Life has a whole market of foods that are low sugar and calories that are hard to find anywhere else. And Linda has such great energy and knowledge that you'll learn a few diet tips just chatting with her. And they're conveniently located in the shopping center so it's easy to include in my weekly errands. Worth a trip.
