Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels from prenatal & postnatal (with Doctors approval) to the skilled athletes and are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms). Each class includes a Power Walk / Run with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes focusing on abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age!
Your first class is free! For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to starting time.
Dads are welcome to join our Saturday class for FREE!
