Great Pilates Studio in San Mateo
I have been working with Rene at Purifying Pilates for about 3 months now, and absolutely love it! Rene is very knowledgeable and well-trained as a Pilates instructor. Having absolutely no experience with Pilates, I appreciated Rene's patience, as she took her time answering all my questions at my initial consultation. I liked that session so much that I signed up for 10 personal sessions that day, and another 10 when those were up a few weeks later! Since that time, I have become much stronger and better-skilled with Pilates exercises. Even so, I still learn something new every time I work with Rene. It’s like getting a brand new work out every time. You are never bored! Additionally, in my opinion, besides feeling great and healthier, one of the best “side effects” of doing Pilates regularly is on the days I have a class, I get the BEST night’s sleep -- a very deep sleep! As for the studio itself, it is clean, neat and a friendly, and a family atmosphere at all times. I would highly recommend Rene and Purifying Pilates! Here's to good health!
