This is the place to Come!
I found Happy Beauty through my friends, they gave me a gift certificat for a facial, and I"ve already come back for eyebrow tattoo. My mom even got her eyebrows tattooed, and is coming for a facil. Kathy has a very gental touch, and you won't go away disapointed.
