My toyota truck was in need of service and repair. I brought it to A+ Japanese Auto Repair In San Carlos on the recommendation of a family member. Turned out to be a really good experience. I was left with the feeling that someone competent had worked on my truck and I was really well taken care of by the service staff. It is a clean facility and profesionally run. They are really good with toyota products when it comes to service and repair. I was impressed with this shop. I went here based on recommendations from co-workers. I wanted to find a place that people felt comfortable with. I heard their name over and over and over. I took my Toyota pickup in for service / repair and found that it is a great family run business. I was extremely happy with the quality of customer service and workmanship. I opened the hood when I got home and found that the engine and underhood was cleaned spotless. As I dont know much about my trucks motor or anything under the hood it was nice to see that they cleaned the engine up... It just shows that the mechanic who worked on my car took pride in his workmanship. I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family. botom line, they are trust worthy and extremley knowledgeable at what they do. I shall return!

They even found the source of an ongoing problem that no other repair/maintenance place had found before. They fully itemized their findings and gave me the exact cost before any work convened. I knew exactly what I was paying for. Surprisingly, they corrected more than what I was paying for and I am thrilled. My car hums!"

I recently had to have my car worked on for at 130,000 miles, I figured it must be about time for service. These guys were great, they didn't even hassle me for neglecting to take my car in when I heard strange noises comming from the engine. One call and they were on it, my care has never run better. I guess it does pay to take your car to someone who tells you the truth about what you need to do and don't see you as a total cash register. Thanks A+ you saved my car and my wallet.
