Gelato to die for
So you save your money and you go to Italy and indulge daily (then hourly) in gelato, one of the many culinary staples of the region. Coming home, depression sinks in. You frantically search for a mediocre-at-best substitute until your new friends in Cortona can send you a case. And then you discover RedBrick Pizza, and their decadent Gelato. Rich, creamy, perfect. If you think you can't get awesome Gelato "at a pizza place", debunk the norm, pop in, and order yourself a scoop (or two). Expensive, because it tastes that way. But don't your tastebuds deserve it?

A different kind of pizza
So I like Italian food and traditional home made pizza. You know, thick crust, bready dough, lots of fresh tomatoes, etc. So I didn't expect much from a brick fire cooked pizza, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's quite different from the traditional pizza restaurants nearby like Zorbas, Northbeach and Amici's, and the pizza doesn't fill you up, but it is indeed tasty. The meat and chicken pizzas are very tasty, the salads are fresh, and, oh, you've gotta try the ice cream! I recommend this pizza restaurant for a different pizza taste experience. And the people there are friendly!
