After giving birth in 2002, my back has never felt the same. I consulted one docter who recommended surgery. I ended up going for a second opinion and was told the same thing. Being a working mom with kids, I knew that back surgery was not for me. I started to consider going to a chiropractor in order to find some kind of relief. That's when a friend from work told me about Dr. Lisa at Vitality Chiropractic. Dr. Lisa was very informative and patient regarding my questions and concerns. I started going in twice weekly and now make it in to the office 2-3 time a month. I am pleased to say that I am living a pain free lifestyle thanks to Dr. Lisa.
