Great Service
I've been using the UPS store on 2nd Ave in San Mateo the last few weeks to ship gifts and other things for work. The gentleman who works there is very friendly and helpful. The store has some supplies for sale, but I primarily go there for the shipping services. PostGhost's review

Better than other UPS stores
The UPS store in downtown San Mateo is by far the best one (staff-wise) I have ever been to. The guys who work there are really cool and always greet me. There's hardly ever a line and if there is a short wait, the guy always makes sure he acknowleges me. The only "complaint" I have is that the guy working on a recent visit really didn't have a clue as to help me use the copy machine. Not sure if he was flustered with all of the packages to get out that day or what.
