I just met Sibby... And her awesome cupcakes. She was very nice and let us tell her all about Smalltown, and we left with a couple dozen Sibby Samplers. The cupcakes are a real treat. Obviously freshly baked, very tasty, and beautifully designed. I'm glad my daughter is an excuse to buy more and sneak a few for myself. This is a true San Mateo "best kept secret". Her shop is hidden near the railroad tracks. You have to order your cupcakes ahead of time and pick them up or have them delivered. The next time you have a meeting, birthday or dinner party, consider contacting Sibby's Cupcakery to liven up the occassion.
