When Billy and I decided that it was time for us to move we didn’t even hesitate to contact you first. We knew that you were not only our neighbor, a local expert and an honest person ..even more importantly we knew that you had the type of commitment level and patience we needed in a partner. I say partner because that’s what you were. You talked us down from many ledges and you always maintained a professional and positive outlook regardless of the volatility of the market and the constant “drama” that the Alhorn’s provided you—between Billy and I and the 5 yr old twins—it was a handful—and you never let us believe anything but that we were your #1 priority—that’s class! You were there for every critical decision—you listened, delivered on a timely basis, and provided a service that we expected and needed. You were on call for us at any time and even on occasion provided us with tools to help us get our home ready for sale—true partner.
