Seeking one bedroom apt./condo in Redwood Shores
Hi...I am a single, professional female in my late 30's who is seeking a well-maintained, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing one bedroom plus apartment, condo, or townhouse preferably in Redwood Shores close to my work. My maximum rental allowance, including some utilities, is $1,400 (I was recently awarded a housing voucher). Ideally, this rental would include in-unit laundry, cable hookup, dishwasher, patio/balcony, and garage or covered carport. Any recommendations? If you have a unit that fits this description or know of someone who does, I eagerly await your response. Your assistance is truely appreciated.
Hi: I know that Archstone Apartments and others like them offer renter discounts based on income. There will probably be a waiting list but you never know. Craigslist has also been a favorite of mine: www.craigslist.org. You could also try HIP housing in San Mateo -- they may have additional resources for you. Good luck! : )
