The menu at Little China Kitchen informs you right up front that they are striving to be different - they use less salt and provide healthy alternatives in cooking when possible, like using chicken broth instead of oil. The restaurant is pleasant and so was service. The food tasted great - I tried the kung pao chicken lunch. We do have a lot of Chinese restaurants in this area, so they need to work harder to retain customers. Little China Kitchen should receive that type of customer loyalty.
