Joe is a dilligent professional and all around nice guy. When he arrived, he took precise measurements of the house in order to generate an estimate of the cost of the job (carpet cleaning & sofa cleaning). Joe made recommendations and gave us advice without trying to "upsell" us. No hardcore sales tactics here. Joe's standard carpet cleaning service includes: 1. Vacuum carpet with Oreck Professional vacuum cleaner 2. Spray eco-friendly cleaning solution onto carpet 3. Agitate the carpet with industrial agitator (many low-budget carpet cleaners will omit this step) 4. Extract dirt using hot water & high suction Joe was respectful and thorough. Our carpets and sofa are very clean now, and there's no odor or residue whatsoever. We will recommend him to our friends.
