looking for a new cell phone carrier
I've had it with the unreliability of my current cell phone and am looking for a new carrier. I'm leaning towards Verizon but they don't appear to let customers roll over unused minutes to the next month. Any recommendations or warnings from this community re: carriers?
I used to have Verizon and was very happy with their service as far as coverage and reliability. When I switched to an iPhone I had to switch to AT&T. I love my iPhone but I've been less than impressed with AT&T's service and coverage. I notice an increase in dropped calls, more failed attempts when making calls and bad quality at times on calls. It's OK but not as good as my experience with Verizon. I wish I could choose another carrier but AT&T has an exclusive on the iPhone for now. Always make sure to test your service in the areas where you'll use the phone most (probably work and home) to make sure the carriers coverage is strong in those frequently used areas.
