Wonderful place. 4 stars!
I booked a facial a night before. C'z I really need a deep cleansing. The lady who scheduled the appointment for me is very nice and cleared about their policy.
I arrived 5 minutes earlier, waited in front for a little bit. Then after the front desk Alana's very nice warm greeting, she took me into a very clean, neat locker room. And then I waited at their pleasure waiting room for about 20 something minutes. I booked appointment for 9:00 and treatment should starts at 9:15 as Alana told me. But it's fine for me to wait for a little bit longer, c'z the nice organic green tea, and the snacks. ^__^
The treatment by Christin is excellent. Very relaxing and educative. She actually blends special moisturizer for me to sample. And taught me alot about skins, acne, and how should I taking care of them.

New update! 5 stars!!!
Had my second appointment on 4/12/08. That's good! My skin is getting better and better. No more break-outs! yeah~~! Big "thank you" to Alana and Mia. Alana helped to change my schedule with out charging fees. And Mia gave me a great facial!!
My mom had a facial (the organic mix.... can't remember the right name for it) from them. too! And her skin looks much firmer with radiance. She was so happy!
Can't wait for my next appointment!

5/3/08 update with very disappointed 2 stars!!
My mom went to have her second facial. Unfortunately, the result didn't come out as good as last time. I didn't go with her this time, but when I saw her at noon, I didn't see any improvement. She said she had treatment from Christin, and she could feel that Christin has skipped couple of the steps which she had during the last facial from Mia. And the facial massage from Christin is not good, feels like it's uncompleted. I feel so bad that my mom and I both got disappointed. Maybe the technique from Mia and Christin is different, but clients are looking for a good result. So, today, I decide to reduce the rating stars to two in order to show disappointed we felt. :-( Also, this is a mother's day gift I gave to my mom. And that makes us feel even worse.... Well, I will go back there, but I will make sure that I'm having facial from Mia!

P.s: I have heard of smalltwon long time ago, but I already started writing reviews on yelp. So it's to much reviews for me to write if I do it on both sites. But I have to post this review on small town today. I'd like to sahre not just the goodies but also some disappointment!

Thank you for reply my review! I could only find this way to reply your reply. I understand that the product is good, and Christin may gave her a different way to do the same treatment. However, you said in your reply--> "esthetician was very focused on giving her a "great" massage"...my mom doesn't remember what " great " massage was given!! Instead, the massage from Mia was pretty good! As least, my mom can feel her face was relaxed during the session, and her skin is getting firmer after then. I didn''t say there is anything bad about your product, and I am actually using the product from your spa. They work well on my face! But the reason I'm writing the review here is to share my experience. I didn't ask for any compensation because I, as a business owner, know treatments may lead vary results, and the result from previous facial is not "bad:, it's just dispointed us. On the other hand, as a customer, I just wanna say that I'm dispointed by the last facial my mom received, and the reply didn't make us feel better, but worse! It's easy to find articles on internet which teach us who runs and manages service business how to reply customers' negative reviews. It may help!
