Yoga studio for everyone
I'm a beginner and I'm delighted in the variety of classes offered at Nandi Yoga. Wendy designed this studio for various levels and experience. This is the first green studio I've taken classes at with the equipment designed to be used to enhance your practice. There was plenty of street parking in this up and coming area of San Mateo. I personally have taken the Yin class and a men's stretch glass (I'm not a man) and was welcomed anyways. Both classes were wonderfully taught and guided. I'm looking forward in taking more classes with the rest of the teachers. Smiffy's review

Wonderful new yoga studio
I just had the opportunity to visit Nandi Yoga, a new yoga studio in San Mateo. The facilities are amazing - 3 different studios with the largest one just beautiful - large, high beam ceiling, lots of light, very tranquil and a great environment to do yoga. I'm relatively new at yoga and they were able to help me figure out the right type of classes and type of yoga for me. The changing room and showers are clean and very nice - will make it easy to take a shower in the morning on my way to work.
