DON'T LIVE HERE

Angry Tenant's Review:

Don't live here if you value your sanity. The management doesn't enforce the lease, which leads to really unbelievable amounts of noise, even though there's a clause that prohibits it. Dogs bark all day, every day, for hours at a time, loudly enough to be heard in the next building over! Yet management does nothing, despite repeated requests and visits. Expect that you'll never be able to hear yourself think, and your neighbors' noise will interrupt conversation in every room of your apartment. Go ahead, try to relax, I dare you. This is the noisiest place I've ever lived in, and also the most expensive. The manager has failed repeatedly to do anything about other tenants violating the noise clause of the lease. Rent goes up and up, while concern for the continued business of long-term tenants like us goes down and down. Other people park in our assigned parking and don't get towed. After 2 years I'm glad I'm moving out of this hellhole!
