I had my car repaired at Ricker Motors and am very pleased with the results. Not only were the results of the repair absolutely perfect, but Robin, who own the shop, helped guide me through the insurance process. Since I don't know much about auto repair law, the Bureau of Automotive Repair, or insurance, I would have been lost without her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Better than NEW
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ricker Motors. they took care of everything from dealing with the dreaded insurance agent to having the rental car company pick me up. They even returned the rental car for me when I picked up mine. I drop off my car on Monday and had it back that Friday. I was amazed, I thought it would've taken at least a couple weeks. My BMW looks better than NEW! Thank You Ricker motors for everything, my hat goes off to you.
