I've been to Perfect Edge many times with my Cheffy Hubby. They do a great job with honing and sharpening his knives - it is unfortunate that their website is still under construction and you can't navigate or buy online! Do they know that? (The write up on this business) is spot on --- it is like being in a virtual toy store if you're a chef! They have all brands of knives, uniforms, tools of the trade and obsure items only a chef would want. Mike's got a lot packed into a little store! Nice guy too! The store is in a funky location, off the main drag but totally worth the drive. - Jan As you Think so you are - As you Imagine so you become!
