Neat-o.
I've always wondered what 'sports nutrition' was, and decided to put an end to the mystery. I stopped by Max Muscle to chat with the guys and see how they achieve results in the gym. Discipline, dedication, and a couple fatburners and cleansers never hurt anybody. I go to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day when I have yoga, and I really appreciate the advice the nice guys at MM had to give me. Drop by and say hi, they're super chill people and generous with samples! Don't knock it til you've tried it. Talk to Tri or Jason and they'll help you find the right fit for your lifestyle and workout routines.

Friendly and helpful
I work out at the 24hr on 5th and El Camino (attached below) and I saw one of the Max Muscle guys there. Since their store is just a few blocks away, I went to check them out. It's a nice neat little shop - smaller than a GNC. But their shelves are packed full of products: protein, creatine, gainers, diet pills, etc. They sell stuff from the major nutrition brands like Optimum, BSN, and MuscleTech as well as their own Max Muscle brand. The owners, Tri and Jason, are both pretty cool and they'll even let you sample some products. This is important as some nutrition products can taste like crap. :)
