When I just came in the store looking for what I want, an employee came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him my situation and exactly what I was looking for. I told him my phone was lost and I was just looking for a nice regular phone to replace my old one. He showed me the phone and I was satisfied with it. He told me if I didn't like it, I could come back and return it but I never came back to return the phone. Radioshack has all your electronic needs for your family. They have lots of convenient locations in every city and they have friendly customer service. I recommend this store to anybody!
