good thai food for everyone
I must say that I am usually not the largest fan of Thai food, but this restaurant truly suprised me. I came here for a lunch with my co-workers because they had heard rave reviews. I didn't order anything that was too far out of my comfort zone, but I was still very impressed by my dish and I have truly formed a new opinion of Thai food. localguy's review

Thai Satay is A-okay
Actually much better than a-okay...I think it's the best Thai food in the area. It's a pretty small and cozy restaurant although in the warmer months outdoor seating is offered. Appetizers are outstanding, particularly the shrimp rolls and spring rolls. Of course, one of the hallmarks of an excellent Thai restaurant is the pad thai and they don't disappoint. The lunch menu is very affordable and excellent. For dinner, I've had a number of the entrees and each is outstanding. Try any of the tom yum soups, the calamari salad and the beef entrees. If you love southeast Asian food, you have to try Thai Satay.
