Local Gem!
I am the apparent oddball non-knitter who loves to crochet! Even though Nine Rubies caters to knitters, they are always welcoming and helpful. The yarn selection is high caliber, the color pallet eye-catching in an atmosphere that is warm and inviting, the pricing commensurate with the quality of merchandise provided. Great shop - great find! knithappy's review

It's about time!
Finally! A San Mateo knitting shop with a wide variety of yarns, supplies, books and ambience. I just need to stop and complete a few of my knitting projects before I can go back for more beautiful yarn.
