I've been using other companys for years like Teri Towel and Coit and they did a good job , but the stains would allways come back or they just could not get them out. Matt was very honest about what stains would come out and what stains might not and and before I knew it my carpets were 100% stain free and the price was great. Matthew is a very hard working young man that really knew what he was doing. My carpets of 20 plus years looks like new and the stains that other companys could not get out are gone. My carpets were dry with in 2hrs and I will be calling Matthew again. Thanks again Innovative.

Matthew is a gem. It is nice to work with someone who is respectful of your time, is knowledgeable and up front about all costs. He took the time to answer all of my questions before doing a terrific job cleaning and laying down the stain protector. We had what I thought were set in stains in high traffic areas and the overall feeling was the carpet never looked or felt clean from the beginning. Fast foward a year or so with 2 cats and a dog that have left a major collection of drool marks, paw marks, hairball presents and the odd semi digested house plant stains. When Matthew was finished, the carpet was actuallly cleaner than when we first moved in...the set in stains along with all of the 4 legged contributions were gone! He is serious about all that goes into having your own business and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend this service.
I called Innovative Carpet Cleaning and More! mostly because I was happy to see the "and More" part. We needed to have our carpets professionally cleaned per our lease, and also had some dirty kitchen floor, stove, etc to clean.
Matthew's team did a great job, and we just had the walkthrough with our property manager yesterday. He said, "You don't see many units like this!" and it sounds like we'll get our deposit back! Thanks!
Just like the other reviews say. Matt and his team are always on time, ready to work with care and consideration of you and your household and they do a professional and detailed job. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive and will continue to use them whenever I need carpet or house cleaning. Glad to find a local resource that I can trust and that does a great job for a very reasonable price. Just don't fill up their schedule so that I have trouble booking them when I need them.
Imagine living with two dogs and you just got a new dog Otto who pees all over to mark his new home. Otto doesn't do that anymore. Acceptance leads to peace but my wife gives up too soon. We were very happy with the job and we definitely will call for another washing to stop any "we need to get rid of the carpet" songs. Thanks very much

A clean house is a happy house and I couldn't be happier with the results that I got from having my house cleaned by the crew at Innovative Carpet Cleaning. I didn't even realize they did house cleaning but when I was looking at their webcard for some carpet cleaning I saw that they also did house cleaning. I've never had someone clean my place and I was a little hesitant but I was wasting too much of my free time keeping my apartment clean. It was so nice to have a crew of three come in and clean windows, dust, vacuum, mop floors, and make the bathroom sparkle. It was all done in 2 hours and was well worth the cost. I'm now a regular customer, my apartment is always clean and presentable, and I'm a happier camper. I suggest calling Matthew at Innovative and getting a free estimate. I now realize there's nothing better than letting someone else take care of the household cleaning chores.
I just had my carpets, tile and windows done by Innovative Carpet Cleaning and couldn't be more pleased! They arrived on time, took special care of all my furniture, and did a great job! My 20+ year old tile and grout looks brand new. My windows sparkle! And the carpet looks great! They were fast, efficient and very pleasant. Highly recommended!
