Safari Run has fabulous kids Fitness classes. If you are looking for a place for your kids to burn off some energy, this is the place for you. Not only that....but they learn all kinds of great fitness and nutritional information, like, what is a carbohydrate...and how many grams of sugar is in their cereal in the morning. My daughter is now telling me which cereal she wants...some just have too much sugar for her. :) They teach them endurance drills and core-stregthening but they do it in kids games....so the kids are having a great time doing it. My kids loved every class. Jodi is FANTASTIC and so is the rest of her staff. Highly recommend and FREE trial class is offered.
We just had my daughters 6th bday party @ Safari Run and it was fantastic! The facility is immaculate and super kid friendly. The staff took care of everything...from engaging the kids with games to prepping, serving and cleaning up food. We were so relaxed (for once) and enjoyed watching the kids. We brought a cake and some fruit to go with their pizza. The cost was very reasonable and the best part was that we came home to a clean house!
This place makes me want to be a kid again! It was all I could do to stop myself from jumping the fence and climbing the tubes and sliding down the slides myself (thankfully my bum knees helped stop me from embarrassing myself :-) Safari Run has done a great job of creating a fun safe place for kids to burn off tons for pent up energy (and there's a restful lounge upstairs for parents to enjoy while the kids are exercising and playing). The staff is great with the kids and there's an emphasis on health and fitness rolled into the fun. It’s definitely worth checking out. Be warned though, once your kid visits they won't stop begging you to return.
Safari Run is a cool place for kids to let off some energy! The only con is that if you want to have a bday party there-you have to buy their food/you can't bring in your own food.
We went to a birthday party here and it was so much fun. Play time, cake time and game time. The kids loved it. It's new, different and really clean. They do a great job keeping the kids occupied.
Friday afternoons, 12 til 4, you can bring your loved ones here and watch them exhaust themselves while you relax with a coffee. Then home for an easy bedtime. It gets pretty hectic though, so if you are bringing preschoolers come early.
