Rescue Carpet Care has cleaned my carpets twice as well as several furniture items. I give them the highest rating. Joe is the owner and is very reliable - always returns calls and emails promptly. And, he did an amazing job on our carpets. We have to do a few careful treatments with our carpet because it's wool and Joe took perfect care of our carpets throughout the house. He also uses all green products and we nice enough to leave me a sample of one of the spot removers he recommends to replace the toxic one I was using. Great service. I'll use them again and again.
Rescue Carpet Care was courteous, prompt and did a good job on our carpets. We were attracted to the "green products" and there was NO smell after the cleaning. At one point they added a service for free and they also discussed particular aspects of our carpets so I knew what to expect. Originally, we wanted to get several quotes but they were so acccomodating and could schedule us in quickly -- I did not do any other research and we are very satisfied!
Joe is very consciencious and focused on doing the best job possible. We are a Bay Area non-profit offering CPR and First Aid training, and have about 10,000 students a year coming through our doors. It is quite a challenge to maintain our carpets, especially with spillage, but Joe took extra time to make sure that the stubborn stains were removed. He also recommended a schedule/plan to ensure that our facility maintains its professional appearance. Thank you so much - couldn't have asked for a better job (or a nicer, harder working guy)!
Joe is a dilligent professional and all around nice guy. When he arrived, he took precise measurements of the house in order to generate an estimate of the cost of the job (carpet cleaning & sofa cleaning). Joe made recommendations and gave us advice without trying to "upsell" us. No hardcore sales tactics here.
Joe's standard carpet cleaning service includes:
1. Vacuum carpet with Oreck Professional vacuum cleaner
2. Spray eco-friendly cleaning solution onto carpet
3. Agitate the carpet with industrial agitator (many low-budget carpet cleaners will omit this step)
4. Extract dirt using hot water & high suction
Joe was respectful and thorough. Our carpets and sofa are very clean now, and there's no odor or residue whatsoever. We will recommend him to our friends.
My cream color carpets were filthy and had coffee stains. I was concerned they would not come clean. Joseph did a wonderful job and all of the stains were removed! Joseph is a trustworthy professional and knows what he is doing. The eco-friendly products used left no residual odor that standard carpet cleaning leaves. I highly recommend his service.
