I think Smalltown is a very well thought out website for our local community. It's really a wow. However I think the Daily Digest is just ok. Its seems to be an afterthought. I think having a daily digest of information for the communities is a great idea. I think having a daily digest that would look like a webcard may work. I am not a designer but frankly have html with links is old technology. I think it's great that Smalltown gives us so many capabilities. So I am suggesting that Smalltown would change this daily digest to be a wow.

This is an awesome site! It's great that the smaller Bay Area towns finally have somewhere to go to check out what's going on and to get great local suggestions. I was suprised to find out how many people responded to the Birthday lunch question. I know there are a few more restaurants I want to check out now. :-) The idea of a daily digest is great, too! You can really keep track of what's going on in your backyard.
Smalltown is like Allstate, your in good hands. The reviews, classifieds, discussions, and videos, takes Craigslist, Yelp, City Search, etc. to the next level!!! What a great idea for the furture of discovery.
This is such a great idea. A place where you can find everything you need. Loacalized for your area. We should have a smalltown San Francisco!
There's nothing pint-sized about this web site. Whether you're looking for services, events or recommendations, this site offers more information than you could ever find using the Yellow Pages or Craigslist. If you're a business, this is the best way to connect with your community to let them know you're out there. Attractive, extremely easy to navigate, great tutorials, and chock-full of information ... what more could you want?
Thank you Smalltown for bringing the "family" atmosphere back to the "small town" of San Mateo! OK--San Mateo is not all that small - but those of us that live here - think of it as our town and the great things it has to offer! You are bringing more jobs into the city and promoting a great family atmosphere! Thanks!
LOL.... I love this site, its very User Friendly.... I'm a craigslist junky, but I think Smalltown has replaced craigslist hands down!!!! I'm looking to join a hip start-up and I think my Search has ended!!!! Stay tuned for my resume!!!!!!
