Food is always fairly good but be careful when using gift cards. I used one then checked the balance the next day since i lost the receipt. To my surprise a waiter copied the number then subtracted teh amount. After they insisted i used it they looked at the reciets and found that i in fact did have a difference that was cashed out as a tip. they replaced the card but i dont know if i will be usuing anything but cash there from now on.
The last time I ate here, I ordered a BBQ Whiskey River Burger and the onion rings that were supposed to be on the inside were soggy and soaked in oil. It gave me heart burn/ indigestion for at least 5 hours. Our server was more concerned with socializing with his co-workers than with catering to the customers. Our water and fries went un-refilled throughout the meal.
This is one of the best family-friendly restaurant. The kids menu is cheap and not too junky. You get spaghetti, cheese burger, pizza, fried chicken finger, etc. For adults the choices are limited. I always get a chicken burger of some sort. If you want to dine out with young kids, this is a safe bet.
My friend's kids enjoy the food here, because it's not the healthy non-tasty stuff, basically junk like corndogs, fries, shakes. I personally don't like coming here, because food the isn't that good, plus it's overpriced. A not so good burger with fries will cost you around 10 bucks. So I told my friends, I guess I'll force myself to eat, if we go there. I'd rather go to Mimi's Cafe or BJs.
These folks get the service requirements for young kids. Cups with lids, quick service for kids meals, decent prices, fast refills. So many places don't get what it takes to eat with 3 + 5 year olds so this is one of our favorites.
