They have a good selection of instruments, and most of the employees seem nice. I have had several poor experiences with some of their employees, either they have been rude or unwilling to help. I will more likely than not shop there again, but my research will be done elsewhere.
B Street has a wide variety of guitars, drums, basses, and other instruments. The staff are friendly and knowlegable about all things regarding music. It is a truly wonderful place for any musician to go to browse and try out new instruments. The environment is very relaxed and easy going, making it a great hang out for all sorts of musicians.
B Street is a classic "local" business. They want to make a living for sure, but they also try to be a complete community member with performances open to the public, freely given good advice about all things musical, support of community efforts, and an all around welcoming atmosphere at the store. B Street is a great place for beginners to go and feel welcome.
