I recently was in an accident and I have to say AAA is quite efficient. They took my report, the adjuster called me back the same day. The recommended body shop contacted me to make arrangements. I dropped off my car at the body shop and they arranged to have Hertz pick me up to obtain a rental car. When my car was done, all I had to do was leave the rental car at the body shop and pick up my car that was in perfect condition again. Truly a painless process.
I went over to the AAA offices to set up my travel plans last week for New York and I was interested in insurance rates from them too. the staff was very helpful and it looks like Im going to set up a package insurance for my Auto's and Home with them now.
